My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. We were here in August. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The employees were cheerful, professional, and more than accommodating to anything we needed. Pemberton has a ton to offer.
Our room backed onto the pool with a personal patio. It was nice and convenient with a great view. Had some trouble with the A/C and the door to the bathroom didn't close. Difficult to give 5 stars when basics weren't met. Staff was helpful and catered to our needs
Pretty location just outside of downtown Pemberton. Check-in was a bit slow; waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk after ringing the bell. The hot tub was also out of service during our stay. The room was very comfortable and the amenities like the gym and fire pit were great.
There were so many unique and helpful features. The well equipped complimentary loaner day pack, complete with first aid kit insect repellant and Frisbee (which made an excellent water dish for our dog!) amongst other things.The complimentary car wash. Nicest manual car wash we've ever done.The availability of loaner bikes (if only we hadn't had a dog ....)Beds were comfortable.Dog bed was perfect as were other amenities for our dog.The lemon cranberry water at the reception desk.The apples in the fitness room.All this in the little jewel of a location that is Pemberton.
Check in was slow (nobody was around, and despite ringing the bell it took a while for anybody to come), and the restaurant that was advertised as being open until 9 appeared to be closed by the time we arrived around 6. However, the room was lovely and comfortable, and staff was very friendly. Room service was good and a fair price.
