I decided last minute to divert from the Columbia Valley to Pemberton for some end of season flying. Boy did I hit the honey pot!! The conditions are still ON (capital letters intentional), the scenery is mind blowing and the crowd is super laid back and fun. Get a hold of the grand monkey himself (Jim Orava) or Corinne and see what is possible here. You won't regret it!!

Flying with Jim, a master pilot, was the most awesome experience flying that I've ever had. Even though I have 150 hours paragliding, I learned more in that flight than I could have ever learned on my own attempts at xc. He pointed out where each and every thermal would be before we got to it... and it was there! And if you like roller coaster rides, the acro... exhilarating to say the least! The view of the Pemberton valley, mountain ridges and glaciers is absolutely breathtaking!Having it all on video... I can experience it again and again :)Whether you have never been paragliding, or if you are already a pilot, I highly recommend treating yourself and/or giving a gift to a loved one for an unforgettable ultimate experience of a lifetime. You can relax and enjoy the ride with confidence knowing that Jim & Corinne are master paragliding pilots. And why not fly with the best? Jim and Corinne pioneered paraglider flight in the area and remain the most current of the local flying gurus. I went to them 5 years ago for my first tandem and instruction and have since enjoyed a safe and rewarding career as they continue to offer a ton of guidance and support. Corinne has spent countless hours ordering gear for me and coordinating repairs.
